Although Louise has always been a creative person, initially her path followed a more scientific route. As a qualified science teacher, Louise, completed her Ph.D. in Cork and has worked in several senior research positions world-wide.
Her love of baking started when she was five years old, when she insisted in making a chocolate cake for her mum all by herself (by all accounts it was delicious!). However, it wasn’t until she had her children, that her love for baking was reignited. From those first birthday cakes, her passion and skill in baking and sugar craft exploded. She has since won awards for both her wedding cake designs and sugar models at sugarcraft shows both in Ireland and the UK. Her skills continue to develop and her original cake and model designs reflect modern and on trend styles. Attention to detail is paramount, where exquisite design is married with delicious taste. Every cake and topper is bespoke and made with love, where all it takes is your delicious imagination.
