The Bridal Lounge was born in 2016 by founder Abi Howe. Abi’s vision was created in her sitting room at home equating to the name The Bridal ‘Lounge’.
After spending weekend after weekend at Wedding Fairs and taking every opportunity to establish what her passion is, Abi and The Bridal Lounge was able to leave their mark in the overall Bridal shopping World. The Bridal Lounge found its new home on Austin Friar St in Mullingar and officially opened its doors in April 2018 in its newly refurbished luxury boutique.
After having the opportunity to dress so many beautiful Brides for their special moments, Abi was nominated and won Bridal Retailer of the Year 2019 at the Weddingsonline Awards. Later that Summer she was also named Winner of the Bridal Category at the 2019 Westmeath Style Awards and awarded the overall winner for the Overall Excellence in Style Category at the same awards event.
Abi’s aim is to dedicate her time and expertise to all of her Brides to help find their dream wedding dress and to create a memorable Bridal shopping experience. The overall ambience of the boutique is relaxed where you will be greeted with friendly, trustworthy and unbiased advice.
The Bridal Lounge believes that as a Bride, you should be made to feel special at every stage of your wedding story and that choosing the perfect dress should be a magical and enjoyable experience. We hope to make your Bridal shopping experience a memorable one very soon!
