Miriam Pearson of Sweet Creations has been a baker and cake designer for almost 40 years, and has vast knowledge of her craft after competing worldwide and earning well over 200 awards for her work, including an Olympic Silver Medal from the World Food Olympics and a European Cup Medal at the European Bakery Cup in France. She is the only person is Ireland to represent her country on both the team of chefs at the Culinary Olympics and the team of bakers at the European Bakery Cup.
Sweet Creations was established in 2003 and, after making celebration cakes for many years, she now solely makes cake decorations, sugarcraft supplies, personalised candles and Sugarcraft supplies, all of which you will see on this online shop.
