Trained at the I.T Tralee in Professional Cookery, I furthered my studies at the University College of Birmingham where I specialised in Pastry and Sugar Craft. Once I had qualified I then travelled to Germany where I put my learned skills into practice, working in a 5* hotel kitchen in Lindau. Working alongside 4 master chefs I gained invaluable experience in my chosen craft.
I have also successfully competed in many Chef Olympia London competitions over the years, bringing home some silverware and I was also awarded a 5-Star award for Quality and Excellence at the Brides of Kerry Awards night in 2016.
