Hi, my name is Denisa. Our story began in Ballincollig, Co. Cork during the summer of 2014. At the time I was exploring different ways to make healthy eating fun and exciting. My son Leon was born with a skin condition so I wanted to make healthy treats a real occassion for him. I began to make small fruit arrangements for him, he loved them! Then, I started creating larger arrangements for sharing whenever family or friends called over, they loved them too! Words spread and people began requesting fruit bouquets and arrangements for birthdays, communions, weddings, and pretty much any occasion you can think of. The excitement and “wows” were all the motivation I needed to take the idea to the next level. IncrEdible Flowers became a family business when my husband Vladimir got involved and since then it has blossomed into the wonderful company it is today. Sweet Dreams
I’m sometimes asked where I get my inspiration from. The answer to this question often comes as a surprise. Like many people, ideas come during the quiet times when my mind is clear. A customer will ask for a special piece or I want to create a new product range, something that challenges me, I love a good challenge! When I sit with the idea, I usually wake up the next morning to find the perfect idea waiting for me. Then there’s a dash to get it down on paper before it disappears back into the atmosphere.
